Meet Kimmy — Founder & Chef

I’m Jihyun “Kimmy” Kim, a Korean chef living in South East London. After years of teaching Korean cuisine and completing my Cordon Bleu training at Tante Marie Culinary Academy, I founded Kimchi & Radish in 2018.

My mission is simple: to share great-tasting, authentic Korean kimchi made fresh for modern kitchens. Every jar is handcrafted with care — the same way I make kimchi for my family — so you can taste the balance of tradition, freshness, and heart.
