Our new seasonal special kimchi this month is Black mustard leaf kimchi.

Black mustard leaf is one of our favourite, it reminds me of Korean mustard leaves. #갓김치

Black mustard leaf is a very strong earthy flavour - you know you're eating greens! - with a hit of that creep up the sinuses you get with mustard and wasabi. The aftertaste is really pleasant and mellow - you really need try some !

We sourced our black mustard leaves from @bellowildfood . They are specialist foraging experts based in Cornwall and even supply to some to Michelin starred resturants.

If you are interested in locally sourced and sustainable wild foraged foods, from fresh sea-based plants to wild mushrooms, they are highly recommended.
