Our new seasonal special kimchi this month is dandelion kimchi. Dandelions are one of my favourite, with the bitterness of the leaves giving an incredible taste, If you like the bitter ness of flavor and detoxing kimchi this is go to. - it's also said to be good for detoxing and kidney + liver health.

We sourced our dandelions leaves from instagram @bellowildfood They are specialist foraging experts based in Cornwall and even supply to some to Michelin starred resturants.

If you are interested in locally sourced and sustainable wild foraged foods, from fresh sea-based plants to wild mushrooms, they are highly recommended.
