Every jar is handcrafted in South East London using traditional Korean methods, carefully selected British produce, and time-honoured fermentation techniques.
Unlike mass-produced kimchi, our kimchi is made in small batches and slowly matured below 5°C, allowing deep flavour, natural complexity and satisfying crunch to develop naturally.
