We have good news to share! Kimchi and Radish have been settling into our new kitchen home for over a month now in Camberwell, Southwark.

When we first viewed the arch in June, we were instantly filled with the possibilities and what that could mean for the further growth of our business. To be honest, it was pretty much what we were looking for in terms of location and facilities. We loved the spaciousness, the high roof of the arch and could see how we could lay out our kitchen almost from the get go. The recent refurbishment, red entrance door, shutters, and red brick walls outside all give it a great look, setting it apart from other spaces we had seen previously. We made the decision pretty quickly to secure the arch and set everything in motion. While it took longer than we had expected, after getting through all the paperwork we finally got the keys on 1st October and have been making the arch our own since then.

To all our amazing customers, our trader friends who continually inspire us and kimchi lovers across the UK, we give you our heartfelt thanks. We are so grateful. Kinds words and constructive criticisms keep us going, striving to be better and help us grow.

Our dearist friends and mentors, Angela and Nivi of @iamnutok, who have supported us in so many areas and even designed all our current branding - banner, logo and labels. Their drive and passion for their wonderful (and successful!) vegan cheese business, @iamnutok , is so inspiring and makes us work to be better all the more. Their vegan cheese is on another level and a must try if you have yet to do so!

Lastly, it's my actually birthday today. I feel blessed that I am able to work at my passion, at what I have achieved and grateful for the friends and family that surround me and give their love - it's the best present I could ever ask for
